Grades
I just had English and I am so not happy with my grades. I hate grades. If you get a bad grade it makes you feel stupid. Well, at least I do. Then i get pressure from my parents to get a good grade and if I don't then they start yelling. That puts on more pressure. Why can't we just get smiley faces next to each subject instead of a letter grade?

You are so right. I wish they do put smiley faces instead of letter grades. It is so hard getting good grades every single time. This really goes with what I said yesterday.I always feel so nerves when I get my report card.
Wow I agree so much! It would be amazing if we got those. I also think that we should be graded with colored pens and get those stickers like we did in third grade. I remember that time, when I would work harder so see nice color on my work. I don't think I ever felt stupid and we still were working, and a lot happier.
You are certainly not stupid! I don't like grades either but we have to evaluate your performance. I wish school could be more about experienec and creating self-confidence.
